Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at SGO777. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

SGO777 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction, and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for standard accounts.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• The name on the recipient's bank account or eWallet must match the registered SGO777 account name.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes in most cases during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals processed outside of banking hours may take longer for conventional bank accounts.
• SGO777 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

SGO777 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of any terms in this document. In such cases, SGO777 reserves the right to freeze the account and report to the relevant authorities.

• SGO777's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
